REGISTRATION
- Registration will be conducted on a first come, first served basis.
- If a class is under subscribed and needs to be cancelled you will be reimbursed.
- There are no refunds if parent/student cancels enrollment.
- If a class does not reach the minimum enrollment number, it will be canceled.
- All classes are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled.
GENERAL RULES
- Afters Classes are not held when the school is closed for any reason or when the school has an early release.
- Occasionally, a specific Afters class does not have class even though school is in session due to instructor availability. For your exact class dates, please review your class description.
- All Afters contact is done via EMAIL.
- Check your email regularly for announcements of class cancellations due to inclement weather and/or instructor illness.
- Please be advised that class cancellation announcements are often made the same day as the Afters class.
- Kindergarten does not participate in the Fall Session.
PROCEDURES
- Children will go straight to the cafeteria from his/her classroom where attendance is taken and they will meet their Afters Teacher.
- Classroom teachers will receive a list of children attending After's classes.
- All classes begin immediately following dismissal at 3:20 pm.
- Pick up is promptly at 4:20 pm on the front steps of the school.
- A late pick-up fee of twenty-five ($25.00) is charged beginning at 4:30 pm. An additional ($25.00) per child is charged for each ten minutes thereafter.
- Be sure to update your child’s schedule in School Dismissal Manager to reflect any Afters enrollment.
CLASS CANCELLATION
- After's Classes are not held when the school is closed for any reason or when the school has an early release.
