OGS PTA Afters - General Rules and Information
 
 

REGISTRATION

  • Registration will be conducted on a first come, first served basis. 
  • If a class is under subscribed and needs to be cancelled you will be reimbursed.
  • There are no refunds if parent/student cancels enrollment.
  • If a class does not reach the minimum enrollment number, it will be canceled.
  • All classes are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled.

GENERAL RULES

  • Afters Classes are not held when the school is closed for any reason or when the school has an early release.
  • Occasionally, a specific Afters class does not have class even though school is in session due to instructor availability. For your exact class dates, please review your class description.
  • All Afters contact is done via EMAIL.
  • Check your email regularly for announcements of class cancellations due to inclement weather and/or instructor illness.
  • Please be advised that class cancellation announcements are often made the same day as the Afters class.
  • Please see the Afters Catalog and Schedule above for the specific dates of each class. Class descriptions and dates are also provided on the registration website.
  • Kindergarten does not participate in the Fall Session.

PROCEDURES

  • Children will go straight to the cafeteria from his/her classroom where attendance is taken and they will meet their Afters Teacher.
  • Classroom teachers will receive a list of children attending After's classes.
  • All classes except "Befores" begin immediately following dismissal at 3:20 pm.
  • Pick up is promptly at 4:20 pm on the front steps of the school.
  • A late pick-up fee of twenty-five ($25.00) is charged beginning at 4:30 pm. An additional ($25.00) per child is charged for each ten minutes thereafter.
  • If your child will be absent from the Afters program it is required that you notify us by emailing ogsafters@gmail.com.
