🏃♂️ Calling All Turkeys!
Our 5th graders are kicking off the first-ever OGS Turkey Trot — a fun run/walk around the OGS field to celebrate school spirit and community.
Support their efforts by sponsoring a 5th grader for $20. Sponsorships can be purchased right HERE or on the OGS Plaza after school Wednesday – Friday, November 12–14 (3 – 3:45 PM).
🦃 School-Wide Fun
After the 5th graders lead the way, grades K–4 will join the fun during their PE classes. Students will earn a feather for every lap they complete, helping to fill our Giant OGS Turkey in the front hall with colorful feathers as each grade trots their laps! Collectively, the whole school will adorn our OGS turkey who will be ready to strut his stuff in time for thanksgiving!
🥫 Food Drive
We’ll also be collecting canned goods at the Turkey Trot on November 18. Donations will go directly to support local families in need this Thanksgiving.
