📝 HOMEWORK CLUB
Grades: 1–5
Format: Session-based or drop-in
Time: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 3:20–4:20 PM
Instructors: Ms. Perez with Ms. Kocot (if enrollment is too large for 1 instructor)
A supportive, fun space where students complete homework with help from our Math Intervention Specialist, Ms. Perez. Upon completion of work, students will have access to fun educational games. Bonus: this program includes an afterschool snack!
For parents who opt their students in, a nut free snack will be offered. The snack may have been processed in a facility that also processes nuts. Please ensure you note allergies on your student waiver and coordinate with Dr. Bencivengo as needed to provide an alternate snack.

💰 Pricing
Drop-in rate: $25/child/day
Full Session by day of the week: $20/child/day (for example; all Mondays)
Full Session Rate: $17/child/day (every Mon, Tues & Thurs of the session)
🔗 Registration
Registration is a two part process.
1) First please complete the PTA Annual Waiver HERE.
2) Once the waiver is complete for each child, the Homework Club registration form will populate on your Account/My Forms page. You may register on an ongoing basis for a discounted price or you may choose to have your student(s) drop-in at the daily rate.
Please Note: To ensure sufficient staff, all daily registrations must happen by Sunday the week before attending.
Cancellation Policy: Similar to the Afters program, enrollment is final and refunds will not be considered unless you need to cancel a set of future recurring enrollments for your child.
🚗 PICK UP PROCEDURE
Pick up is the same location as Afters pickup, on the Old Greenwich School plaza, promptly at 4:20pm.
Please ensure you update the School Dismissal Manager app with Homework Club as dismissal option.
If your child will be picked up by someone other than a parent or will go to Dolphin Club after Homework Club, please note this in the School Dismissal Manager note section for that day.

🩺 Medical Notice
The school nurse is not on duty. A monitor will be on-site with first aid supplies. Be sure to share all relevant medical info via the waiver.
🙌 Code of Conduct
We expect all students to follow OGS core values. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program.
Please note: All PTA programs are enrollment dependent. If enrollment is not high enough, any PTA program may be canceled.
