VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

 

The success of the OGS PTA depends on the dedication of hundreds of volunteers. Whether you have an hour or more time to help, we’d love for you to join us.

 

All OGS volunteers must attend one Volunteer Academy session with Dr. Bencivengo. These sessions are offered at every Curriculum Coffee and Open House, and the training is valid for your entire OGS career. If you’d like to volunteer this year—whether in the classroom, art room, media center, or as a field trip chaperone—you must attend a Volunteer Academy session first.

 

VOLUNTEER TO BE A CLASS PARENT

 

Want to get more involved in your child's classroom and build stronger connections with teachers and fellow parents? We’re looking for two class parents per classroom. Jump in to help coordinate class activities, events, and communication throughout the year.

  SIGN UP TO BE CLASS PHOTOGRAPHER

 

Love taking photos? We’re looking for a designated photographer to capture class memories, especially for the yearbook. It’s a fun way to spend extra time in the classroom and on the playground — and your photos will help preserve special moments for the whole grade.

 

Sign up to be Class Photographer by October 24th.
